-Groups coming from 22 youth from Denmark, 13 youth from Finland and the rest from Sweden & Norway!
-Working language: English (please note that the ceremony in Parkteatret is in norwegian)

Pre conference training by Play for peace on tuesday and wednesday. from 10.00 to 18.00 (jeløy) and also on wednesday from 13.00 to 15.00 visit to a kindergarten play with children - Doremi Våler.

Sarah is a slam poet and a singer. She expresses her Caribbean art form through various performances including poetry, language, stories and music. She will be accompanied by William Stavik.

Youth is at the forefront of change. Youth has idealism, boldness and the abiltity to thing new - not yet hampered by conventional "box" thinking and constraints.
11.00 – 13.00 Play for Peace experience

Play for Peace is a global learning community dedicated to bringing children, youth and organizations together using cooperative play to create laughter, compassion and peace. In this workshop you will experience the power of cooperative play as well as learn about our Play for Peace Club program, how it works in diverse settings around the world and stories of impact. Play for Peace Clubs are groups of youth, age 15-25, who are peace-builders in their communities and connect with each other globally to learn, inspired and support each other. Through this session John will highlight the Play for Peace model and how Play for Peace changes young lives, educates children and transforms neighborhoods.

Crossing Borders is a civil society organization based in Humlebæk, Denmark with cooperating partners around the world. Their vision is to see as many young people cross as many borders as possible to become active global citizens. The mission is to create impartial dialogue space and empowering skills training for youth and educators to build the societies they want to live in. This workshop will be about human rights focusing on the situations refugees face through the process of escaping to reaching asylum destinations.

19.00-21.00 Celebration Drum Circle with Mikael Kei & Stefanie Eggler
As peace becomes better by deepening of relations so does the drum circle. This invitation is to come together and celebrate our expanded friendships and new learning’s about peace. Let it all come out in the music! We might move through soft parts, joyful parts, ecstatic parts and more. Rhythms are felt; give yourselves and your friends an “in the body experience” of what you came here for!

Workshop 1: “BAFA BAFA” - a cross cultural diversity inclusion simulation by Mette Juel Madsen and Erik Modin
During this workshop, the participants will understand the culture shock by traveling and trying to interact with a culture where people have different values, different ways of behaving and different ways of solving problems.
Workshop 2: "LIVING IN A MULTI- CULTURAL SOCIETY"
with Christiane Seehausen & Ingunn Skurdal (Nansen Center for Peace and Dialogue)
The content of the workshop is to experience how our personal prejudices and uncertainty affects our behavior in a multi- cultural environment and how to overcome it.
Workshop 3:
"HUMAN RIGHTS" with CISV Junior - Sabine Enko (AUS) & Diana Dragieva
This workshop focusing on Human Rights will give the chance to the participants to discuss and share their own understanding of the concept. They will get acquainted with the UDHR (Universal Declaration of Human Rights) and link it to their personal experience, needs and expectations through a creative assignment.

a new app adventure presented by Hello!Earth (Vera Maeder & Jacob Langaa-Sennek)
In the “With the eyes of Gandhi” -edition 1- meets the world with the eyes of the great Indian peacemaker Mahatma Gandhi. By employing non-violent civil disobedience, Gandhi led India to independence from British rule, and inspired movements for non-violence, civil rights and freedom across the world. This new adventure will be presented and will be experienced by youth for the first time!
